The pain of a loss can and will stop you in your tracks and can make even the simple everyday tasks impossible. You don’t have to be alone with it all. I’m here for you.

Types & Stages of Grief

Grief can be experienced not only from a loss of a loved one but also from other types of loss including a relationship, health, money, and more.

Loss is painful and can challenge the best of us. You are not alone!

My Story

I have experienced profound grief at times in my life, from the death of my mother to the loss of my health due to chronic health issues. I know what it feels like to be overtaken by grief, to have difficulty just getting out of bed, the deep sense of loss and longing, and just needing to find a way to make it through another day.

As a coach for the past 20 years, I have had the honor of being there for my clients not only in creating a life they love but also when life is painful and full of hardship.

I have had extension training as a coach from some of the best in the world including the legendary Thomas Leonard (known as “the father of coaching”), International Coaching Federation (of which I’m a founding member of the local chapter here in Western New York), Coachville, and other reputable sources.

I have also dedicated my life to the study of the mind and its nature. I have a body of work I call Life as a Wave that can help you entice a more peaceful, grounded state of mind, even in the midst of incredible challenges and hardship as well as create forward movement in your life when you’re ready.
