The Groove Group is all about creating movement with what you envision, your health, your creations, your abundance, your clarity, your growth.

Movement that happens not from forcing, pushing, and fixing but instead by:

Freeing the mind of its (often self-imposed) constraints and
Using universal Principles of Rhythm & Flow.
Relying on the power of the group.
