There are many ways to get clear and present beyond meditation.
When it’s time to get mindful, present, awake, here are a few options that go beyond sitting in a lotus position:
- No matter what you’re presently doing, do a quick sensing of your body:
- Feel the subtle tingling or other sensations in your body.
- If you want, pretend your body is hollow
