Simple to do:

  • Notice any of the following:
  • Do you have a sense of rushing or trying to push forward?
  • Do you feel out of step?
  • Do things seem chaotic around you?
  • Having a hard time focusing and being clear
  • Do you feel frazzled, out of sorts, confused?

 

Tips

  • Simply notice and observe
  • Might take a couple deep breaths
  • Set an intention of how you’d like to feel.
  • Allow whatever feelings or experiences you may be having
