How to tell if you’re pushing too hard.
Pacing yourself through out the day can help ensure you remain in flow, stress-free, and productive.
Simple to do:
- Notice any of the following:
- Do you have a sense of rushing or trying to push forward?
- Do you feel out of step?
- Do things seem chaotic around you?
- Having a hard time focusing and being clear
- Do you feel frazzled, out of sorts, confused?
- Simply notice and observe
- Might take a couple deep breaths
- Set an intention of how you’d like to feel.
- Allow whatever feelings or experiences you may be having
