A way to find and remain in rhythm and flow.
We will remain in flow until we interrupt it by trying too hard or rushing.
- Notice if you have a sense of rushing or trying to push forward
- that it! Just noticing and perhaps “breathing into it” is all it takes to automatically adjust back into the flow.
- Your body will tell you if you’re rushing or pushing
- Notice if there’s a lack of ease or sense of effort which are clear signs we’re not in flow
