When we are doing our thing, we want to be at the higher levels of flow and can entice and sustain flow by energetically “leaning forward.”

Instructions

This is a difficult one to explain:

  1. Notice your body when you’re doing something like playing music, sports, etc
  2. Feel into “leaning forward”

  • The feeling is what I call a “flow cushion” and is a tangible if subtle experience.
