There are only 2 responses to the moment: Yes/opening or No/closing.
- Think about or have a general sense of everything in your life:
- in your present
- In your past
- all your desires
- all your fears
- all your challenges and problems
- And simply say YES to it all!
- Saying YES does NOT mean it’s ok, you like it, or anything of the sort. It IS about simply acknowledging what is in your current reality, including your thoughts about it!
